The present invention relates to a collapsible bicycle and, more specifically, to a collapsible bicycle using a complex pivot. The collapsible bicycle can enhance user convenience by improving a locking structure restraining or releasing a process of folding a rear frame which is folded to a front frame. The collapsible bicycle using the complex pivot has a rear frame including a rear wheel connected to a front frame including a front wheel to be able to be folded forward or backward by a hinge member, and comprises a locking means which is arranged on an end, where the front frame and the rear frame come in close contact with each other, to restrain or release the rotation of the front frame which is folded toward the rear frame by rotating around the hinge member. The locking means changes the location of a location change member to restrain or release the rotation of the front frame toward the rear frame, wherein the location change member is eccentrically connected to a rotary shaft of a lever when the lever rotates.
