The present invention relates to a polymer film which includes: a base film layer including a copolymer including a polyamide-base resin having certain relative viscosity, and a polyether-based segment and a polyamide-based segment in a certain content; and an adhesive layer formed at least one surface of the base film layer, wherein, the polymer film has a shear rate of 1000s^-1 and a ratio between melt viscosity of the copolymer to melt viscosity of the polyamide-based resin at 260°C of 0.65 to 1.2.
