The present invention relates to a transparent conductor which includes a nanostructure and a manufacturing method thereof. A conductive layer is formed by coating or stacking the metal nanostructure on various substrates including flexible or rigid substrates. The conductive layer has a conductive network formed by a plurality of metal nanorings and is optically transparent and flexible. Wherein, the metal nanorings have various closed loop shapes including circular, elliptical, or irregular shapes. Also, the conductive network is efficiently formed by mixing with metal nanowires.
