The device (10) has a bushing (17) fixed in rotation with respect to a housing (11) according to a thrust direction (Y10) and comprising a central opening to guide a push rod between retracted and extended positions. A blocking ring (19) is movable with respect to the housing, the push rod and with respect to the bushing. The blocking ring is movable between a blocking position, in which the blocking ring blocks the push rod in the retracted position and a release position in which the ring authorizes the displacement of the push rod till the extended position. An independent claim is also included for a fuel or power trap for transferring fuel or power toward a motor vehicle. |
