DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING BALLAST WEIGHT IN SUBMARINE

<p>The present invention has a purpose to reduce loss of lives of crew members by having a submarine ascend to a surface of water in case of emergency by discharging a ballast weight loaded inside a free water flowing area near a stem part and a stern part for underwater sailing of the submarine to the outside of the submarine through a flap door installed to be opened and closed on a non-pressure hull. To achieve the stated purpose, the present invention comprises: an exterior casing (12) located outside a pressure hull (10) of the submarine; a ballast weight (24) loaded in a free water flowing area (16) formed inside the exterior casing (12); a flap door (18) which is installed to be opened and closed with regard to the exterior casing (12) and allows the free water flowing area (16) to communicate with the outside of the submarine; and a pressure cylinder (20) which allows the flap door (18) to be opened and closed with regard to the exterior casing (12).</p>
