Disclosed is an infant seat fixating device including: an infant seat fixating wire positioned on a lower end of a seat back of a vehicle and fastened to an infant seat; a wire housing which surrounds the infant seat fixating wire and has a front surface portion open to the outside; a front cover disposed in the front surface portion of the wire housing, has a hole formed in a middle end portion, and exposes the infant seat fixating wire to the outside while sliding inwardly along the wire housing; and an elastic portion positioned in the wire housing, and presses the front cover forwards.
