The device (1) has a support (4) i.e. pedal case, fixed at an apron (6) of a car (2). A pedal (12) comprises a pedal lever (14) on which a user is supported. An articulation articulates the pedal lever with the support to move the pedal lever with respect to the support in rotation around a rotational axis (Y18). A pressing part (22) presses a cam (20). An elastic organ i.e. helicoid spring, exerts on the pressing part. A swiveling part allows swiveling of the elastic organ with respect to the support during the rotation of the pedal lever. An independent claim is also included for a car. |
