The present invention provides a socket for a screwdriver bit, comprising: a body (5) including a recess for receiving the end of a screwdriver bit (3), which is formed at the front end thereof, and a fixing protrusion provided to the other end thereof and inserted into and fixed to a recess of a holding chuck (4), and having an operating section spaced apart from the front end with a predetermined distance; and a fixing means which reciprocates on the body in the operating section of the body (5) and inserts the head of a screw piece (2) into a space between the fixing means and the screwdriver bit (3) so as to fix the screw piece. The present invention enables a safe work using screws without holding the screw piece with a hand, thereby improving efficiency and stability of the work. |
