A circuit for charging and discharging a battery pack according to the present invention includes: a battery cell for charging and discharging electric energy; an analog-digital conversion module which is connected to the battery cell; and a control unit which controls the charging and discharging of the battery cell. The circuit for charging and discharging a battery pack includes a pair of first N-channel MOSFETs installed between a negative electrode of the battery cell and a load connection negative electrode terminal, wherein first and second grounding units are connected to the first N-channel MOSFETs; a pair of second N-channel MOSFETs are connected to the control unit; a pair of P-channel MOSFETs are connected to the second N-channel MOSFETs, respectively; and a pair of third N-channel MOSFETs are connected to to the P-channel MOSFETs. In the case of supplying charging power through a charging unit, the present invention supplies power to the control unit instantly and controls the charging and discharging of the battery even if power within an electric double layer capacitor having rapid natural discharge properties is completely discharged. |
