Disclosed is a monorail inspection apparatus. The monorail inspection apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention, which is an apparatus that is coupled with a monorail moving vehicle moving along a single track of a monorail to inspect a surface of the single track, includes a main body that is coupled with the monorail moving vehicle and surrounds an outer circumferential surface of the single track so that an inner side is apart from the outer circumferential surface of the single track; a first imaging unit that includes a plurality of cameras which are coupled in a longitudinal direction of the main body so as to image the surface of the single track; a laser pointer that irradiates the surface of the single track with laser light so that the laser light is positioned in an imaging area of the first imaging unit; and a lighting unit that is coupled with the main body and irradiates the imaging area of the first imaging unit with light.
