PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain wastewater treatment apparatus that is superior in drainage performance, facilitates groove cleaning of the deposition control of foreign substances and of a groove forming floor material, and facilitates support when the mounting position of the groove forming floor material and the mounting position of the drain pipe are displaced in the groove width direction.SOLUTION: A groove forming floor material 4 formed of a drainage groove 3 for drain is provided with a partition part 8 for defining and forming the drainage groove 3 into two or more drainage groove parts 3A, 3B in the width direction. Also, a mounting base material 5 detachable from the groove forming floor material 4 is provided with: an inflow guide 7 for guiding inflow of drainage from a drain pipe for drain to one of two or more drainage groove parts 3A, 3B; and drainage position change means A for changing the drainage position of the inflow guide 7 in the width direction of the drainage groove 3.
