PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral pharmaceutical composition for induction of activation in an inhibition or endogenous apoptosis process of vascularization.SOLUTION: An oral pharmaceutical composition comprises an extract of Abies Sibirica from Pinaceae as a conifer, where the extract is sesquiterpenoid (3 to 6 wt.%); neutral diterpenoid (11 to 15 wt.%); diterpenic acid (23 to 28 wt.%); triterpenic acid (8 to 16 wt.%); unsaturated and saturated fatty acids (0.1 to 0.3 wt.%); a phenolic compound (0.1 to 0.2 wt.%); and monoterpenoid as the rest. The bornyl acetate content is at least 10.0% relative to the total terpene. (ii) A pharmaceutical acceptable carrier or diluent is contained. The composition is administered at a dose of 80 to 100 mg/kg body weight every day.
