In addition, when the battery residual quantity of the mobile communication terminal 200 is equal to or less than a predetermined first reference value of the battery residual quantity, the communication server 100 regulates communication between the mobile communication terminal and an opposite communication party other than an opposite communication party identified by an ID stored in association with the mobile communication terminal 200.
