PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for simpler setting when setting the information of a terminal apparatus to be connected in a gateway device for providing a service, in a home network, by using a standard function mounted on an existing cellular phone or a smart phone, a tablet terminal, and the like.SOLUTION: A gateway device can extract the information of an apparatus to be connected from the DNS query (name resolution request) from a cellular phone or a smart phone from which a QR code (registered trade mark) stuck to an apparatus to be connected is read, and can store that information. Consequently, the user can set the information of a connection terminal apparatus easily for a gateway apparatus. |
