<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state pulse laser device capable of keeping a temperature of an acoustic optical element or a solid-state laser medium constant without adding a heating and cooling mechanism to obtain stable energy pulses.SOLUTION: A solid-state pulse laser device comprises: a semiconductor laser 1 generating excitation light; a solid-state laser medium 2 generating induction discharge light depending on the excitation light from the semiconductor laser; an acoustic optical element 3 modulating the laser light generated by the solid-state laser medium; a temperature detector 5 detecting a temperature of the acoustic optical element; a control circuit 6 generating an on/off timing signal indicating an on/off timing for an RF signal on the basis of the temperature of the acoustic optical element detected by the temperature detector; and an RF signal generator 7 generating the RF signal turned on and off depending on the on/off timing signal generated by the control circuit, and applying the generated RF signal to the acoustic optical element.</p> |
