<p>Embodiments of the present invention provide an access control method, a user equipment, and a radio network controller. The access control method of the present invention comprises: a user equipment (UE) receiving common enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH) configuration information sent by a radio network controller (RNC), the configuration information comprising at least one f the following items: a data transmission parameter corresponding to a service type, a data transmission parameter corresponding to a device type, and a data transmission parameter corresponding to a combination of the service type and the device type, a different service type being corresponding to a different data transmission parameter, and a different device type being corresponding to a different data transmission parameter; and the UE selecting a data transmission parameter from the configuration information according to the service type and/or the device type, so as to transmit data.</p> |
