The present invention relates to a trans-tumoral peptide (TPP), which specifically bonds with neuropilin, or a fused protein fused with the peptide, a small molecule drug, a nanoparticle, or a liposome. Moreover, the present invention provides a polynucleotide which codes the peptide, a recombinant vector including the same, a host cell which is transformed through the vector, and a method for producing a TPP using the same. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition including the peptide or the fused protein, small molecule drug, nanoparticle, or liposome for treating, diagnosing, or preventing diseases related to cancer or angiogenesis. A fused antibody in which the TPP according to the present invention is fused with a C-terminal of an anticancer antibody medium chain invariant region (Fc) specifically bonds with neuropilin to be specifically accumulated in a tumor tissue and widen a cell gap of tumor vascular endothelial cells so that extravasation discharging is improved and penetration in tumor tissues is improved. Accordingly, remarkably improved in vivo tumor controlling activities are exhibited. In addition, a fused protein fused with the TPP according to the present invention inhibits angiogenesis functions among the functions of a neuropilin co-acceptor caused by neuropilin targeting, so that an effect in alleviating angiogenesis related diseases can be expected. |
