PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently identify an optimum value of a transmission control value for achieving high-speed transmission.SOLUTION: A data transmission device in one embodiment comprises: information acquisition means for acquiring one or a plurality of operating environment information; transmission control value calculation means for calculating a transmission control value for transmitting data via a high-speed transmission line; and setting means for setting the transmission control value calculated by the transmission control value calculation means in each of a plurality of data processing means for transmitting data via the high-speed transmission line on the basis of the transmission control value. The transmission control value calculation means calculates a transmission control value for data transmission via the high-speed transmission line using the one or plurality of operating environment information acquired by the information acquisition means.
