PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fastening operability by ensuring the positioning of a heat exchanger relative to a vehicle body side member if the heat exchanger is fixedly fastened to the vehicle body side member using a bracket, and to achieve the improvement at low cost.SOLUTION: An upper right bracket 10 and an upper left bracket 20 are provided on a condenser 1. A positioning portion insertion hole 12b into which a positioning portion 101e of a vehicle body side member is inserted is provided in the upper right bracket 10. The positioning portion insertion hole 12b is elongated. The upper right bracket 10 and the upper left bracket 20 are identical in shape.
