PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of appropriately grasping the condition of a blower fan, and achieving more stable cooking performance.SOLUTION: A heating cooker is a hot air circulation type oven range that circulates and supplies hot air in a cooking chamber 12 for housing an object to be cooked by rotatably driving a hot air fan 7 by a hot air fan motor 6 that includes rotation detection means 3 as detection means for detecting the number of rotations of the hot air fan 7. Since the number of rotations of the hot air fan 7 can be detected by the rotation detection means 3, the fact that the hot air fan 7, for example, is rotating as controlled can be detected, and the condition of the hot air fan 7 can be appropriately grasped. Furthermore, since the number of rotations of the hot air fan 7 becomes constant by the feedback control, variations in the hot air amount supplied to the cooking chamber 12 are reduced, and stable cooking performance can be achieved. |
