PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in determining filter clogging.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system including a fuel cell, a compressor, and a filter comprises: flow rate detecting means (S1) for detecting a flow rate of cathode gases discharged from the compressor; pressure detecting means (S1) for detecting the pressure of the cathode gases discharged from the compressor; rotational speed detecting means (S1) for detecting the rotational speed of the compressor; foreign matter accumulation amount estimating means (S41) for estimating an amount of foreign matter accumulation of the filter on the basis of detection values of three parameters of the flow rate, pressure and rotational speed; and filter clogging determining means (S42) for determining whether the filter is clogged by comparing the amount of foreign matter accumulation with a predetermined threshold value for determining filter clogging. |
