PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a bill of mobile communication in accordance with an environment of a portable terminal.SOLUTION: Via a server issuing a bill of mobile communication, a payment statement of a specific user is received, and then a bill of the mobile communication is provided to a portable terminal capable of installation of a bill viewer. The bill of the mobile communication depends upon the bill viewer. A method of providing the bill of the mobile communication is configured to: retrieve the portable terminal related to the specific user and determine whether or not the bill viewer is installed in the portable terminal; when the bill viewer is not installed at a time when the bill of the mobile communication is provided, transmit an electronic bill regardless of the bill viewer, transmit guidance information relating to installation of the bill viewer, and stand by until the bill viewer is installed during a preliminarily set first period of time; and, when the bill viewer is installed, transmit the bill of the mobile communication to the portable terminal. |
