A disk brake with a brake caliper which overlaps at least one brake disc, comprising an actuation mechanism received in the housing of the brake caliper, which includes an adjustment device, which upon the adjustment movement sets at least one rotary element directly or indirectly into rotation, in which the rotary element comprises a socket for receiving a tool for returning the adjustment device, and a sensor device which cooperates with the rotary element, characterized in that the sensor device comprises a hollow shaft which is in engagement with the rotary element such that the socket is freely accessible for the reception of said tool.
