Provided is a scheduling method, comprising: a controller receiving scheduling request information sent by a content source, wherein the scheduling request information contains a constraint condition for non-real-time flow transmission, and the constraint condition comprises: first address information and second address information, the first address information being address information about a device for transmitting flows and the second address information being address information about a device for receiving flows; according to the first address information, the second address information and counted network flow information, the controller determining a first forwarding path and a transmission time point for transmitting the flows; and the controller sending a first message containing a transmission rate to the content source at the transmission time point, wherein the first message is used for notifying the content source of transmitting the flows according to the transmission rate, and the flow is transmitted via the first forwarding path. Further provided are a scheduling apparatus and system. By adopting the present invention, non-real-time flow transmission can be scheduled in advance by combining flow information about a network, thereby reducing the flow pressure of the entire network. |
