The present invention relates to a novel zirconium-organic framework compound that can be used for developing products applied to a metal ion or carbon dioxide absorbent, or a ligand exchanging agent. The zirconium-organ framework compound is represented by Chemical Formula 1. The present invention aims to provide the novel zirconium-organic framework compound including a channel generated by an interaction between molecules, and use thereof. The zirconium-organic framework compound can be applied to a catalyst, the metal ion or carbon dioxide absorbent, or the ligand exchanging agent.
