<p>The present invention relates to a micro carriage for sensing the separation of a weld line in a welding carriage which automatically senses the separation of the weld line in the welding carriage to operate an equipment driving and arc pause function in order to improve the work efficiency when one operator operates two or more welding carriages in a workplace for assembly in a vessel. For the welding carriage capable of welding an assembly member of the vessel of the present invention, the micro carriage (200) is formed in the side of the welding carriage (100) in order to stop the welding carriage (100) driving by automatically sensing that the welding carriage (100) is separated from the weld line (300) but the micro carriage (200) is formed with a fixed fixture (210) to be fixed in the welding carriage (100). An operation platform (220) is connected to the fixed fixture (210) by a connecting member (250) to be guided forward and backward, and a tension spring (230) is formed inside the end of the operation platform (220) and the fixed fixture (210) to elastically support the operation platform (220). And a weld line separation detection sensor (240) is formed in the internal of the operation platform (220) in order to sense that the welding carriage (100) is separated from the weld line (300).</p> |
