摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for adjustment of the balancing speed, when performing the balancing operation for a battery cell module including a plurality of battery cells connected in series.SOLUTION: A balancing control circuit includes a battery cell module including a plurality of battery cells connected in series, and an inductor and a capacitor connected in series in order to be charged with the electric energy recovered from the battery cells of the module, and to supply this electric energy to the battery cells. The balancing control circuit further includes a series resonance circuit including one or more of the inductors and capacitors in variable type and adjusting the balancing speed, and a switch providing an electric energy recovery path for recovering electric energy from the battery cells so that the capacitor of the DC resonance circuit can be charged, and an electric energy supply path for supplying the electric energy charging the capacitor so that it can be supplied to the battery cells of the battery cell module.</p>
