<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade function device which copes with a change of a wind orientation, is small in size, multiplicatively raises efficiency, and can obtain high energy.SOLUTION: In a vertically long center rotating shaft, arms are horizontally attached to sides of one detachable arm original part at the same widths in four directions, a free opening which is thin in front of a rotating direction, and suitably expanded at its rear tip is formed at a tip from adaptable parts of the arms, plate-shaped blades to be driven are horizontally attached with its orientations set the same, and the plate-shaped blades into which wind pressure is introduced from the opening at wind pressure from a rear part, in which the opening is expanded upwardly, and which are increased in the introduction by the amount of the expansion, and raise rotating forces are attached to the arms in the four directions. A plurality of one-arm original parts are attached to the center rotating shaft, so that the further-raised rotation forces are transmitted to a generator from the center rotating shaft via a lower gear change gear.</p> |
