PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical solution storage container which can prevent a stored chemical solution from being contaminated and enables making-bag processing to be performed efficiently.SOLUTION: A chemical solution storage container 10 comprises an inner bag 11 in which a chemical solution 3 is stored, an outer bag 12 which surrounds the inner bag 11, and a spouting member 15 which extends by penetrating the inner bag 11 and the outer bag 12. The inner bag 11 comprises an outer layer disposed on the side of the outer bag 12. The arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the outer face of the outer layer is 0.08μm or more.
