<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a fire prevention water tank so as to retain the form of the water tank even when collapsed and thereby prevent water leakage.SOLUTION: A 'Suwaeru' spray coating 3, a water-shielding material, is coated to the concrete wall of a fire prevention water tank A in such a way as to form a surrounding frame along the concrete wall and hardened. When sprayed onto inner wall and solidified, the coating forms a water-shielded water tank 1 in a sealed condition. A plurality of casting iron panels 5 are inserted into the water-shielded water tank 1 from manholes to construct a panel structure 4 securing a space for maintenance serving as an access. Collapse preventive members 7 and 8 are inserted between the concrete ceiling part of the fire prevention water tank A and the upper part of the panel structure 4 in the upper part of the water-shielded water tank 1. The configuration enables construction of a fire prevention water tank which is enhanced so as to keep high strength without water leakage.</p> |
