<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of uneven glossiness of a fixed image by suppressing uneven coating of oil with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fixing device 30 conveys recording medium P carrying an unfixed toner image T to a nip part formed between a fixing roller 31 and a pressure roller 32 to fix the unfixed toner image T to the recording medium P, and includes a cleaning web unit 50 that takes the fixing roller 31 or the pressure roller 32 as a cleaning target member and brings a cleaning web 54 impregnated with oil into contact with the cleaning target member, and a cleaning roller 60 comes into contact with the same or different cleaning target member as/from that with which the cleaning web unit 50 is brought into contact, where the cleaning web unit 50 and cleaning roller 60 are controlled by a single driving means to drive in a state where both the cleaning web unit 50 and cleaning roller 60 are separated from the cleaning target member, and in a state where either one is in contact with the cleaning target member.</p> |
