PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality deterioration of downlink allocation control information when communicating by using an upward unit band and a plurality of downward unit bands associated therewith.SOLUTION: In a base station, a PDCCH signal including upward allocation control information is restricted to the PDCCH signal allocated to a part of a downward unit band. Thereby, it is possible to reduce possibility of performing with zero padding to downward allocation control information having high importance. In the base station, only downward resource allocation information is included in the PDCCH signal in the downward unit band other than a basic unit band. Therefore, in an individual region of the downward unit band other than the basic unit band, a bandwidth of the downward unit band is always defined to be a size adjustment criterion, which makes information size adjustment unnecessary. Thereby, since the zero padding to the downward allocation control information becomes unnecessary, quality deterioration of the downward allocation control information can be prevented. |
