PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system that provides information by interactively answering to a user's input message through an instant messaging application.SOLUTION: In an information providing method through an instant messaging application, an information providing system for performing the information providing method is provided. The information providing method comprises: receiving a message that a user transmits to a software robot through a messaging application of a user terminal; retrieving a response from a database by using the message as a query; and transmitting the response to the user through the messaging application of the user terminal. |
