摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the fluidity of the Portland cement clinker, which is obtained by using the waste/by-product having high TiOcontent as a raw material and contains 0.3-1.0% of TiO, is low.SOLUTION: In the cement clinker having 1.8-2.2 hydraulic modulus, 2.0-2.8 silica modulus, 1.7-2.0 iron modulus and 0.3-1.0 mass% TiOcontent, MnO having 1.5 times or more the mass of the TiOcontent of the cement clinker is contained. This content can suppress deterioration of the fluidity of the cement clinker caused by containing TiO.</p>
