A wind power generation device, comprising a support cylinder (11), a transmission shaft (12), at least one wind-driven component (13) and a frictional generator, wherein the transmission shaft is located inside the support cylinder, and the top end thereof extends out from the inside of the support cylinder; and the frictional generator comprises a first electrode layer (141) and a second electrode layer (142), which are in contact with each other, wherein a first end of the first electrode layer is fixedly arranged in the middle of the transmission shaft, a second end thereof is a free end which can be bent, and the second electrode layer is fixed on an inner wall of the support cylinder in a closely fitted manner. The wind power generation device has a simple structure and a low cost.
