The present invention provides a system for manufacturing a microneedle preparation, adapted for adjusting the air environment in an application chamber for applying an application solution containing a medicine onto microneedles and manufacturing a microneedle preparation; wherein the system for manufacturing a microneedle preparation is provided with an air compressor, a humidity adjustment device for adjusting the humidity of air fed from the air compressor, and an air filter for sterilizing air fed into the application chamber.
