Provided is a method for causing a portable terminal to acquire information satisfying a desired condition in a site page of a web server related to a current position without any selection by a user, at a position where a plurality of access points are discovered. In this method, a proxy server includes an address correlation table in which reference information is correlated with each set of an access point address and a site page address and stored. The portable terminal searches surrounding access points, receives a notification signal including access point addresses, and transmits a page acquisition request including the addresses and query information to the proxy server. The proxy server retrieves site page addresses using the address correlation table, generates list information in which the addresses are arranged in order from an address having reference information related to the query information, and issues a response to the portable terminal. The portable terminal also preferably transmits each page acquisition request based on the list information to a site server. |
