Disclosed are a material detection module and a material detection device including the same. The material detection module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a chamber and an electrode sensor, the chamber comprising: an inlet flow path formed at one side and through which a sample including a target material flows; an outlet flow path formed at the other side and through which the sample including the target material is discharged; and an electrode sensor receiving groove which is formed between the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path and communicating with the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path, and the electrode sensor comprising: a base substrate received in the electrode sensor receiving groove; a reference electrode formed on one surface of the base substrate and provided to allow the target material to pass therethrough when the sample flows in through the inlet flow path; and an active electrode formed on the surface of the base substrate so as to be spaced apart from the reference electrode and provided to obtain the target material when the sample flows in through the inlet flow path.
