The present invention relates to a car body frame for a power transport vehicle. One metallic plate material is used in the configuration of the car body frame, and thus durability can be improved, material consumption can be reduced, manufacturing processes can be simplified, and the car body frame for the power transport vehicle can be provided at a low cost. According to the car body frame for an agricultural power transport vehicle according to the present invention, one metallic plate material constitutes a car body frame main body and a panel-type frame, a hinge shaft hole, a roller insertion tool, and a fixed shaft hole are formed in the car body frame main body, and a front-back axle installation unit and a shaft hole are formed in the panel-type frame. According to the method for manufacturing the car body frame for an agricultural power transport vehicle having this configuration, one metallic plate material is prepared, the hinge shaft hole, the roller insertion tool, the fixed shaft hole, the front-back axle installation unit, and the shaft holes are formed at predetermined positions, and then the car body frame main body is bent for separation between the car body frame main body and the panel-type frame. According to the present invention, the one metallic plate material is used and bent so as to provide the car body frame for the power transport vehicle requiring durability, and thus material consumption can be reduced, manufacturing processes can be simplified, and the car body frame can be provided at a low cost, which results in economic advantages. |
