More particularly, the information exchanging system includes a control unit, which controls at least one among membership information, mobile terminal information, and purchasing lists information, and purchasing rate information about the membership information included in purchasing information, in relation to at least one among membership information, travel information, airline ticket information, meeting information, marriage information, proposal information, hobby information, start-up information, business closing information, advertisement information, purchasing items information, and exchange of monetary information of member of mobile terminals.
