The present invention relates to a solar tracking device using a photodiode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar tracking device which rotates a solar cell part according to the direction of sunlight entering a photodiode and is manufactured by simply and cheaply using a photodiode, a transistor, a resistance, and a DC motor without a separate program control. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes a solar cell part which includes at least one solar cell, changes incident sunlight into electric energy, and rotates by the control of a main body; and the main body which is connected to the lower side of the solar cell part and rotates a solar cell part according to the direction of sunlight entering the photodiode attached at both ends of the outside, respectively. The main body includes a power source part which includes a PCB and supplies a power source, a photodiode attached to both ends of the outside, a transistor which drives a DC motor according to a signal applied from the photodiode in a forward bias, and the DC motor which is connected to the lower side of the solar cell part and rotates the solar cell part in the incident direction of sunlight according to a signal applied from the transistor. |
