The present invention relates to a preparation method for an environment-friendly organic material, or a biopesticide using a Paecilomyces sp. strain. More particularly, a water-dispersible powder, emulsifiable concentrate or oil agent composition for pest control, which are prepared by mixing, in an optimum condition, an active spore produced from the Paecilomyces sp. strain with an excipient, emulsifier, etc., is easily dispersed, suspended or blended into water or an organic solvent, maintains a unique insect prevention effect, increases stability, and thus can be effectively used for pest control.
