<p>An oscillating-gear stepless speed regulator, and a control strategy design method for the transmission characteristic thereof. The oscillating-gear stepless speed regulator comprises a belt or a chain having an engaging gear (4) and oscillating-gear unit bodies (5), wherein sliding sheets or sliding blocks (2) on two adjacent oscillating-gear unit bodies (5) can be simultaneously and tightly engaged with the engaging gear (4) on the belt or chain corresponding to the two adjacent oscillating-gear unit bodies (5). Also provide is a "standard diameter control theory", the standard diameter control theory can effectively avoid the negative factor of the engaging gear gap caused due to the thickness of the oscillating-gear sliding sheet, and for all working conditions of the speed regulator, the actual transmission ratio corresponding to a "standard diameter region" and closest to the current optimal theoretical transmission ratio is taken as much as possible as the current control target transmission ratio, thereby implementing precision transmission without the engaging gear gap in any working condition.</p> |
