A device for estimating the center of magnetic field and a method thereof are provided. More particularly, the present invention relates to a device for estimating the center of magnetic field which includes: an input unit for receiving a first center coordinate; a mapping unit for setting the received first center coordinate as an center coordinate of magnetic field which is expected to be formed by an asymmetric magnet, and performing simulation on the distribution of the magnetic field; and a calculation unit for simultaneously calculating the x-coordinate, y-coordinate and z-coordinate which are included in a second center coordinate based on the performed mapping result, and a method thereof.
