PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to appropriately repair a vehicle while achieving reduction in the burden of the operator who repairs the vehicle.SOLUTION: In a vehicle repair support system 1, a server 2 provides an inquiry screen for an operator to make an inquiry and a diagnosis screen for diagnosis to a communication terminal 4 via the Internet 5, thereby making an inquire about and diagnosing a vehicle 9 that is a vehicle repair target, and searches for information on similar cases that are cases similar in symptom to the repair target vehicle 9 based on an inquiry result and a diagnosis result to notify the communication terminal 4 of the searched information. The operator repairs the vehicle 9 while referring to the information on the similar cases of which the server 2 notifies the communication terminal 4. It is thereby possible for the operator to appropriately repair the vehicle 9 while reducing operator's burden.
