PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat caulking device capable of reducing time required for caulking.SOLUTION: A heat caulking device 1 includes: a heating unit 10 for heating a caulking member T made of resin mounted on caulking-target members W1, W2 to a fusion temperature or higher; a caulking punch 34 making contact with the caulking member T heated by the heating unit 10 and for deforming the caulking member T so as to allow the caulking-target members W1, W2 to be caulked by the caulking member T, through adding a pressure from a contact part to the caulking member T; and a cooling unit 40 for cooling the caulking punch 34 so that, when the caulking punch 34 is compressing the caulking member T, the temperature of the caulking punch 34 can be maintained at a temperature below the fusion temperature of the caulking member T. |
