PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of removing every foreign material in water, enabling the water to be used as drinking water or the like; and a water purifier having the filter device.SOLUTION: A filter device 4 includes a first filter 4a for removing solid precipitates in water, a second filter 4b for removing germs, organic chemical substances, chemical compounds, and the like, a third filter 4c for removing foreign odor, a fourth filter 4d having a reverse osmosis membrane, and a fifth filter 4e having a function for stabilizing pH by addition of at least calcium. A water purifier includes a tank 8 for reserving water that has passed through the filter device 4 and water intake parts 19a and 19b through which water in the tank 8 is taken, at downstream of the filter device 4. |
