PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an axial flow fan for blowing in an electric fan or a heater by a two-split type mold, in which an area and a quantity of wind generated at a front part are made large and the fan can be easily mass produced while keeping strength of the fan when the rotation number and the diameter of the fan are made identical to those of a conventional fan.SOLUTION: An axial fan 7 comprises: a rotation shaft part 4 mounted to a rotation shaft of rotation driving means; an inner blade group 2 provided outside the rotation shaft part 4 coaxially with the rotation shaft part 4; and an outer blade group 3 provided outside the inner blade group 2 coaxially with the inner blade group 2. The inner blade group 2 comprises plural inner blades 2 provided radially around the rotation shaft part 4 as a center, and the outer blade group 3 comprises plural outer blades 3 provided radially around the rotation shaft part 4 as a center. The number, area, angle, and shape of the inner blades 2 and the outer blades 3 are designed, so that a speed of wind generated by the outer blade group 3 is made significantly higher than a speed of wind generated by the inner blade group 2. |
