The present invention relates to a cheque reporting system, enabling a cheque holder to become a member of a cheque reporting system using the branch of a bank, a call center or an electronic membership system, and once the membership application procedure is completed, to retrieve the past cheque payment information (performance) of a target cheque drawer by means of a detailed report received via SMS and internet to let the cheque holder make a decision in accepting or rejecting the cheque based on this report.
