<p>It is described a method for obtaining hydroxylamine sulphate (HAS) used at production of caprolactam. The method is based on preparation of areaction mixture, the catalytic oxidation of ammonia is proceeded under pressure higher than 0,3 MPa, by means of concentrating of nitrous gas with help of water vapor, mixing the mentioned concentrated nitrous gas with hydrogen while mixing with sulphuric acid, water, the condensate of concentrated nitrous gas, the condensate of secondary concentrating of HAS and in synthesis with HAS. The heat of the nitrous gas is used for concentrating of nitrous condensate and HAS solution. The given nitrous condensate is concentrated until 40 % by weight of nitrous acid is achieved and is delivered in the form of final product which is used at production of mineral fertilizers. The HAS solution is concentrated until 40 % by weight is achieved using the heat of the condensed distillate produced during concentrating of the nitrous condensate.</p> |
